(With normal scoring, only the player who wins the round receives points. The winner's score is calculated based on what cards are left in the other players' hands. The first player to reach the end score wins the game.
With challenge scoring, the aim is to have a low score. All players except the winner of the round receive points according to the cards left in their own hands. When one player reaches the end score, the game ends and the player with the lowest score wins the game.
Changes to scoring type won't take effect until the next game.

Level
On easy level, the computer players will choose a playable card from their hand at random. This will not only make it more likely that you will win each round, but more likely that you will get a good score when you win. However, at this level with more than 2 players you are better off using challenge scoring. Otherwise when you lose a round the winner's score will be improved by the stupidity of the other losing players. On medium level, the computer players will always play the highest-scoring playable card from their hand.
